Your House and its Parts

Accurately describing noises and where they are located in the house can determine what type of animal or rodent is giving you trouble. Not all homes are as simple as this drawing, attics can be filled with gaps and multiple levels. In some homes gaining access under a bath tub can be easy from the attic depending on the contractors design. Spaces in walls can also give access to behind the fire place, there is just no telling what a attics design can hold. Every part of the house has its own type of typical problems with some parts of the home having multiple animal and rodent problems. These areas need attention more so than others in regards to repair or exclusion work. There are many products that came about in the wildlife control and pest control industry that can help in excluding wildlife and pest from your home. No product out their works better than good ol home maintenance, caulk, paint, and cleaning of gutters and surrounding area will do the best job in keeping pest from entering your home.

Bats, Mice, Raccoon, and Squirrels

Between these four alone there is no place that is safe from entry into the home unless maintenance is done. In my line of work, if its not one thing its another and seasons play a big part in what problems may occur. For the most part seasons bring on the busiest times. Birth, denning, and reproduction are the three biggest times of the year for animal and rodent problems. Only rodent issues can happen twice or three times a year depending on what type of rodent it is. Before calling have a goal in mind of what you are looking to have accomplished, cause there is nothing worst then having to be called back to a home and having to pay twice.
